THVD1451: function of A, B, Y, Z pins

1. I would like to know which of the A, B, Y, and Z pins are receive or driver.

2. I would like to know which of the A, B, Y, and Z pins are positive or negative.

RS-4xx transceivers use a standard pinout.

A is positive receiver; Y is positive driver.

I agree with Clemens here. Section 9.2 Figure 29 in the datasheet has that exact diagram, which is the standard RS-485 full duplex pinout.
