Could you recommend the new device for 25Gbps with same pin-out?

I found DS250DF230 but it's not pin-to-pin compatible.

Hi David,

Unfortunately we do not have a 25G retimer with the same pin-out as DS125DF111. DS250DF230 is the closest match that we have available. Note that the 2 channels of DS250DF230 are oriented in the same direction while the 2 channels of DS125DF111 are oriented in opposite directions.
