For the AM26LV31ESDREP IC, if certain drivers are not in use, where should the unused input pins be connected?

Should they be grounded or connected to VCC?

The CMOS inputs and outputs are symmetrical. It does not matter whether you connect them to GND or VCC:

Hi Rohit,

Unused inputs can be connected to GND or VCC. However, I would recommend GND so there is no leakage current if connected to VCC. This keeps the supply current as low as possible.
