This is FAE Jayden, my customer ZTE is using DS64BR401SQ/NOPB. And they have one question about this device.

Because this device is moisture sensitive, customers need to bake it before mounting it. What are the baking conditions and requirements? Thanks.

The TI Moisture Sensitivity Rating search can be utilized to determine the MSL for TI devices according to the JEDEC standard. Additionally, the MSL rating can be found in the PACKAGING INFORMATION section of TI data sheets.
