P82B96: Compatibility with SMBus

Hi Rafael,

SMBus adds additional features to the I2C protocol for things like error checking. This is at a firmware level, but as far as I know the I2C framing is the same. 

P82B96 is an I2C buffer and is not a target device. It should work for SMBus applications.
