My customer use TUSB1002A for SATA 3.0 hard disk application.
We found that when we use Western Digital's hard drive, the system works fine. However, when using Toshiba's hard disks, there will be occasional cases where the hard disk is not in place, but no error is reported.
Do we have any suggestions for troubleshooting directions and methods that we can provide us?
In addition, do we have a redriver recommendation that only supports SATA3.0? Customers want to give it a try.
