For the data field matching wake-up of TCAN1145-Q1, is it possible to configure two specific bit positions to match simultaneously for wake-up? Additionally, is there a way to retrieve the data content of the CAN message that triggered the wake-up event? Thanks.

No, it is not possible to configure that way, it requires ID filed or ID filed + DLC match, please see 3.2 in the app note above. For the data filed match, it requires only one bit match to be a valid WUF, thus requiring two bits is not possible.

There is no such a register to store CAN message, my understanding is the MCU will be able to store that, but it's a feature on the CAN transceiver.
