As shown in the figure above, we want to convert the 1.8V signal from the camera to communicate with the FPGA at 1.2V. In the figure, there is no 0-ohm resistor attached, but a 200K resistor is present. The I2C level at port B is 1.8V, which is normal, but other signals at port B are only around 1V. I would like to ask what might be causing this issue.
