Can the TPD12S521,with switching its signaLS,CAN BE USED ALSO AS A RECEIVER,SO CUSTONER CAN USED ONE DEVICE INSTEAD OF TWO??

Yes- the TPD12521 can be used at receiver side also. You have to leave pin# 38 open (not connected to anything).
