TUSB321AI: About OUT1, OUT2 logic when operating DRP as DFP mode

Hi team,

Now, I'm designing the USB-C interface circuit as DRP using TUSB321AI.

According to datasheets, I've understood TUSB321AI advertise power supply capacity by OUT1,2 pins when operating UFP mode.

However, I have not understood OUT1,2 pins logic when operating DRP as DFP mode. 

In this case, are these pins logic Hi-Z?
