TCAN1146-Q1: TCAN1146: FMEDA

There there are 3 Safety documents but none of them are describing the failure modes. 

As you can see in the image below these documents can be provided as secure resources. 
This is why I created this post in order TI to give me access in these documents.

thanks for the reply. 

I have already checked TCAN1145 and indeed that it makes sense to use TCAN1145.

However the failure modes distribution of TCAN1145 seems that doesn't include the percentages for short circuit and open circuit of the pins. 

The shorts and opens are part of the FMA. 

Please let me know if you can provide me at least a more detailed failure modes distribution that mentions also the opens and shorts of the IC.

Short / open cases are included in the pin FMA part in that document, there is no distribution of pin failure mode. What you see in the table 3-1 is die failure mode distribution, the failure modes here does not include failures due to misuse or overstress. 

Can you elaborate why a distribution of open /short of IC is needed? I don't see this to be a usual requirement from OEM, and the FMA document here is the only thing we have. Can you give an example of how this distribution looks like? i.e. any FMA document from other IC vendor that contains this distribution?
