TPD4S012: Operating Temperature

Hi We are using many of the Texas Instrument Devices in our system which is in Design Stage Out of it the following list of components has the operating temperature less than +125 where as our requirement is -40 to +125.Kindly Suggest us the Pin to Pin Alternatives with Operating Temperature of -40 to +125 or +105 for the following components:-

1)TMUX154EDGSR

2)TPD4S012DRYR

3)DS15BR401TSQ/NOPB

4)TCA9517DR

5)SN74AVC4T245RSVR

6)DS25BR150TSD/NOPB

    Hi Rakesh, 

    For TPD4S012DRYR, we have a few other devices in the same package but unfortunately all of them are -40 to 85C. Is there a specific reason why 125C is required?

    In the meantime, I am going to assign this to the MUX team to answer TMUX154EDGSR.

    Hi As per our Customer Requirement the Operating Temperature of -40 to +125 or -40 to +105 is mandate for the following Components, If Temperature is meeting in other packages also please let us know the same:-

    1)TMUX154EDGSR

    2)TPD4S012DRYR

    3)DS15BR401TSQ/NOPB

    4)TCA9517DR

    5)SN74AVC4T245RSVR

    6)DS25BR150TSD/NOPB

    Hi Rakesh,

    For the TMUX154EDGSR, we do not have any pin-for-pin replacements, but we do have a 2 channel 2:1 multiplexer in the same DGS package that is qualified for -40 to 125C. That device is TMUX1072DGSR.

    I will assign this to the TXP team to help with the translation devices. In the future, I would suggest splitting your inquiries up by type of device, so you get a quick response for each Slight smile

    Hey Rakesh,

    For the AVC4T245RSVR, a drop in replacement would be the AXC4T245RSVR. Let me loop in Tyler here for the TCA9517 replacement.

    Hi Rakesh, 

    The best alternative we have then to fit the temperature range is TPD4E05U06. It has similar specs, but in a different package and does not have the added VBUS protection like TPD4S012.

    Hi Rakesh,

    TCA9517DR is the SOIC package. 

    Can we switch to TCA9517DGKRQ1. This is the automotive grade TCA9517-Q1 in the 8-pin VSSOP package with ambient temperature -40C to 125C.
