ould you please provide or advise how to obtain the following Functional Safety documentation for these devices:

  • FIT Rate (Failures In Time)

  • Failure Mode Distribution (FMD)

  • Pin Failure Mode Analysis (Pin FMA)

    Marvin,

    This device isn't a functional safety device. Devices that have Q1 (automotive qualified) are required to have this kind of documentation but this device is a commercial device. We don't have a functional safety document for it.
