TUSB4041I DS only spec typical value for Vdd and Vdd33. May I know what would be maximum value for these two parameters?

Hi Allan:

max current for 4HS devices is 76mA for 3.3v and 99 mA for 1.1v at 85C.

But 1.1v supply could go to 350ma when GRST is low. make sure, 1.1v supply has enough current .

Does TUSB4041I have FF corner chips, which would represent the worst-case scenario due to the higher leakage current? Thanks.

Hi Brian,

Would you please break down what portions of the device and/or in what conditions with timing would consume 350mA for 1.1V? That's quite larger than the typical value and will cause big issue for the power design.

It happens during power on reset when GRSTz is low. During normal operation, it should less than 100mA.
