Hi.

What is the Mode Registor setting for LPDDR4 memory?I have created a .syscfg file using the Sys config system, but I cannot find an item (MR12, 14) to set VREF on the DRAM side. How should I set the above Mode Registor?

Note that the config sheet (SPRACU8B_Jacinto7_DDRSS_RegConfigTool.xlsb) provided in the Excel file had the relevant items.

Hi ,

VREF is trained during initialization. Users do not need to set this manually.

I understand that this is automatically adjusted by training.

Is it necessary to set an initial value? (Range0 or 1, initial VREF value)

There is no need for a user to set the VREF settings, hence why we removed the tool inputs for TDA4VEN.
