TCA9539: Technical Inquiry regarding TCA9539PWR IO Port Pin Behavior during Power-Down Condition

Part Number: TCA9539

Dear Support Team,

We are currently evaluating the application of your TCA9539PWR IO Expander. We have configured the device such that the Vcc (Core Supply) and the IO pins are connected to separate power domains.

Our main technical query is: If the Vcc supply is lost (i.e., Vcc = 0 V), will the device's IO Port pins be internally pulled low (to ground)?

We need to ensure that this component does not cause unexpected disturbances on the connected I/O signal lines when the system enters certain low-power or power-down states.

We appreciate your expert response on this matter.
