AM69A: Unable to connect to the network using our circuit board

We are unable to connect to the network using our circuit board. 
Using the `ifconfig` command, 
we found that it can only transmit (TX) but cannot receive (RX); 
the received packets are always 0. See the image below:

However, 
when I insert the same SD card into the EVM, 
it can connects to the network.
