As per customer :

Can you confirm again if the colour of lead finishing is normal?
NiPdAu (Nickel‑Palladium‑Gold) Lead Finish
Based from datasheet, the finishing contain gold.
Thus, it should be no issue. However, pls reconfirm again with TI.

Customer has further enquiry regarding the change of color of the leads which looks like oxidation.
Could you please review and advise?
As per customer:
To Add on, is the condition observed normal as stated in FAQ snapshot below?
Please refer below photo of lead from raw part.
Based on below photo, it looks like oxidation of the leads. Please provide possible causes for below condition.
