Dear Sir or Madam,

 I would like to request additional radiation information on the DS90C031QML-SP.
Specifically, would you have a dedicated SEE test report demonstrating the immunity to Single Event Latchup of this part at high temperature ? I could not find the information on the available test reports from the TI website.
