We currently do not have a spice model of this device. Is there a timeline by when you need this?

Hi Bryan,
We would like to have it as quick as possible. An eFuse broke because of excessive USB input voltage (small transient when plugging it in). And since the TVS0500's peak voltage is beyond the input eFuse, we think this has better characteristics to prevent input from exceeding 6V. The PCB needs to be patched soon so that is why we are rushing.
I would not normally recommend Zener for a protection but since it is very small current draw, i think this is a good pick with the small package size.

We have not yet developed spice models for our Zener diodes so we would not be able to provide this model by next week. It would take around a month to provide this. This is the same for any other simulation model for Zener diodes. We are currently developing them.
