TFP401A: Debuging te circuit ehich converts DP to Digital RGB

want to convert the DP signals to digital RGB ,for that i am using TI's TFP401AMPZPEP
1. In what conditions PIN1 DFO should be active high and in what condition it should be active low.
2. PIN 2 PD#, for normal usage it should be active high?
3. Pin 3 ST , what is the significance of this pin, is it only use to limit the current consume by the IC’ s how should it be connected for in my case.

4. PIN 4 PIXS what is more preferable to use 2-pixel/clock or 1-pixel/clock, in my condition?

5. Pin7 STAG# usage is based on the what we want to use 2-pixel/clock or 1-pixel/clock?

6. PIN 9 PDO# : for normal use it left unconnected or active low ?7. PIN 100 OCK_INV i) what is the use of the pin?

ii) for normal usage how it should be connected?
