LMH0395 has two operating modes. They are pin mode and SPI mode.
The device has control inputs such asSDO1_Disable Mute, Auto Sleep, and
Bypass.
In SPI mode, these functions can be controlled through registers.

The question is if pin settings are ignored in SPI mode or still they influence to
the settings?

Mita-San,

Using the LMH0395 device, the Auto Sleep and the Bypass can be controlled via the SPI interface independent of the hardware pin. However for the SDO1_Disable you must have the pin enabled then you can either enable or disable via SPI register.
