Hi,

In the data sheet: Iio<10uA at Vrwm=5.5V and Ileak=10nA(max) at Vio=2.5V.

Is it correct that Ileak increases to near 10uA when the Vio changes from 2.5V to 5.5V?

Hi Thomas,

It will most likely stay around the nano range but for variation of process we have it in the datasheet below 10microA. The diode is still off at 5.5V so I would not expect significant leakage current.
