This was previously entered on Case CS3347519 and escalation number ESC0030425.
Customer identified that this part on the boards listed above has a pin that is pulling a signal down that it should not be pulling. When the component is removed the signal issue is resolved, additionally replacing the unit with another purchased by FA with a different date code solved the signal issue as well. When the original component is placed back on the board the signal is pulled again. There is a clear issue with this component that requires a deeper investigation. Though customer is correcting this issue in house, they do have to perform a recall on boards that have already shipped to their customers potentially affected by this issue.
