All,

I have a customer looking for NSEU data for the SN65LVCP418 device. I searched to the best of my ability for any process family information (much like National's for their logic families) but didn't find any information for the specific device or process family (actually the data for the SN65LVCP418 doesn't include which process node it is on either).

Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated,

    Joseph,

    SN65LVCP418 uses TI BICOM3 process technology which is a BICMOS (SiGe) process node. We do not have specific NSEU data but the reliability data that we do have is at:
