i would like to have some informations about this component SN65HVS882, that you can find in this link http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/slas642/slas642.pdf

According to the datasheet, for VIPL (Field input low-state input voltage) in [0;4]V , we have VIL (Logic low-state input voltage) in [0;0.8]V


and for VIPH (Field input high-state input voltage) in [5.5;34]V,  we have VIH (Logic high-state input voltage) in [2;5.5]V

But for [4;5.5]V, we don't know if it's count as high or low level,an dwhat happens exactly,  does anyone know the response?

Badr,

this is a high-voltage digital input device. You guaranteed minimum input voltage must be VIH-min = 5.5V. Any input voltage lower than this will be identified as low.

so when your VIH is between 2V and 5.5V, the device will only switch high at 5.5V. At 4V or any other voltage lower than 5.5 it will not switch.

the reason for this higher input level is that this device is designed for digital inputs of PLCs and other high input voltage applications.

If your design has only TTL levels you can use a standard shift register instead.

Just one precision, i have seen in your document that above 5.2V it's high level, looking back in the datasheet it's said that high-level device input threshold is at 5.2V typical and 5.5V max, so between 5.2V and 5.5V is it high or low level?
