I want to use in our device TUS9261 for connecting SSD to PC. PC have a Linux OS. Does standard firmware include Linux driver? and what I need to do after connect TUS9261 to PC by USB?

The firmware does not care what operating system is in use. You need to insure your Linux kernel has USB mass storage class enabled.
Are you using this is a USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 environment?

Every USB 2.0 Linux kernel should have native support for Mass Storage class available - just insure it is enabled.
