Toggling digital outputs with NSC ADC14L020 application

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADC14L020

We are using ADC14L020 for current measurement application. Input is differntial at common mode voltage of 1.5V. We use internal ref of 1V.

We run at a frequency of 8MHz. We use one single 3.3V supply voltage for the complete chip (with the required decoupling and a coil between

digital and analog supply pins). We have one big GND plane underneath the part.

Our problem: All output pins are toggling from bit 0 to 13 if difference at input is 0V. So we would assume that outputs at least the higher bits are all low voltage.

We already removed all output resistors to reduce the digital drive current but without any influence.

Could you imagine any mistake how such a behaviour could happen ??

Does anybody know where to get the evalution board for ADC14L020/040 ??

Thank you very much.
