Hello,

We want to use the DS90C387 and DS90CF388 in a new design (with DC balance data transmission). However, the work frequency specified by these components is higher than the work frequency of our screen (25MHz). We have already used these components at 25MHz in a design without detecting any malfunction. Is there a real danger to use these components at 25MHz ?

    Hi Eric,

    The devices will most likely operate at 25MHz nominal, however has not tested to that condition. For any specifications beyond the recommended operating range in the datasheet, operation of the device cannot be assured.
