I need to write to registers in both the Serializer and Deserializer devices as well as communicate with a slave device connected to the Deserializer. Currently the M/S pin on the Serializer is set to 1 and the M/S pin on the Deserializer is set to 0 (Display Mode).
Do I need to disable the I2C Pass Through in both the SER and DES in order to address specifically address each device (SER, DES and slave) in the chain?
