We are planning to use DS30EA101. In our design.The footprint details for this part is missing in datasheet.

Can some one help.

Hi Arun,

The DS30EA101 comes in a WQFN package and the pin out description is on page 2 of the datasheet.

Hi Mike,

I could not find any mechanical details and recommended footprint in datasheet.If you have a separate document for WQFN-16 (RUM) package details.Please share.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for the package drawing.But there is no information on the thermal pad size.In datasheet also there is no mention.
