Hi,

SN65LVPE502A has  the following pins for USB SS signals:

Host_RX1-(8)     -->   Device_TX1-(23)  

Host_RX1+(9)    -->  Device_TX1+(22)  

Host_TX2-(11)   <--   Device_RX1-(18)  

Host_TX2+(12)   <--  Device_RX1+(19) 

Does it make any difference if all the +/- signals are swapped?

So minus from the host goes to plus on the SN65LVPE502A which goes to minus on the device. And plus from the host goes to minus on SN65LVPE502A which goes to plus on the device.
