Question on Junction temperature of TUSB7340I

Hi, for the industrial temp version of TUSB7340I, the datasheet specifies the min Tj of 0C. However, the operating temp of this device is from -40 to 85C. What can happen if the device starts under 0C?

Hi John,

I'm guessing this is just a datasheet oversight - I've contacted the product group for confirmation. As a point of reference, the TUSB2046B also has an Industrial and Standard versions, and the TJ is -40C MIN.

Apologies for the delay . . . the TUSB7340I has a TJ spec of -40C to 105C.
