The reference 50 MHz clock must be the same one in TLK105L and MAC? Or, on the other hand, can each one use its own independently generated clock? (It would reduce the total of pins to connect between MAC and PHY...)

The MAC and the PHY must use the same clock in order to meet the RMII timing specifications. It is allowable to use a 50MHz clock that is generated by the MAC as long as it meets the input clock specification of the PHY (frequency tolerance, frequency stability, jitter, etc.).

Then I made a mistake when I thought that the clock recovery feature of TLK105L exempts of interconnecting its clock reference to MAC...
