A picture does not come only out of this setup.
About other resolution, it is normal.

Question
Has such a phenomenon occurred other customers?

Can you send your schematic in a more readable format?

Does your monitor support the required resolution?

If other frequencies work that tells me the TMDS341 is working properly.

Can you measure the clock frequency?

If it works at higher and lower resolutions there really shouldn’t be any reason it can’t work at 108MHz.

We have seen issues with other devices (With multiple PLLs) when the frequency is at a point where both PLLs can operate there can be switching between PLLs that cause noise internally. I don’t know the specifics of this device whether that could be an issue or not.

At 108MHz, can you lower or raise the supply of the TMDS341 to see if that fixes the issue at that frequency?
