Looking for dual RS232, that its Vcc will be between 2.7V-3.3V and has power down capability

Eli,

For 2.7V, we have only single RS232 device, TRS3318.

For 3.3V, we have just one dual RS232 device, TRSF23243

By dual RS232 do you mean independent power down circuitry?

Sorry but these device dosnt meet the VCC requirements of 2.7V-3.3V

TRS3318 has Vcc =2.25-3V

TRSF23243 has Vcc=3-3.6V

Need solution like MAX3380
