Hi Daisuke,

This is an adaptive equalizer, and as such, the propagation delay depends on the equalization setting chosen.

The application engineer of this part will repond soon to provide more info.

DS15EA101 has the automatic adaptive equalizer. I guess that the center frequency is determined by line rate and the propagation delay is inversely proportional to line rate. Is my guess correct?

I want to know the maximum propagation delay at 1.12Gbps.

Hi Maeda-San,

The propagation delay is under 5nS. Please note this parameter is not characterized and not guaranteed. DS15EA101 is an adaptive equalizer and once adapted it is like a buffer. There is no retiming function within the device.
