Hi, I'd like to use the TS3USB3200 to multiplex a single USB OTG port (AM3352) between Host and Device mode since the part includes the ability to switch the ID pin. Any issues passing USB through both of the switches in the TS3USB3200 even though one is specifically labeled for MHL?

Hi Diego,

Thanks for your response. Below is a schematic diagram illustrating the use case. When the TS3USB3200 Select lines (SEL1 & SEL2) are both low, the AM335x USB0 port is switched to USB output in order to connect to external hosts (for RNDIS, etc). When the Select lines are both high, the AM335x USB0 port is switched to MHL output where there be a USB hub to accept USB peripheral devices (WiFi Dongle, USB Hub, etc.). Do you think the TS3USB3200 will work for us in this configuration? I think so but I'm not familiar with MHL...assume USB PHY stuff is still valid. If not, can you recommend a part that would?
