What is the maximum junction temperature value of SN65LVEP11 ?

Actually there's no data about the max junction temperature. But we can calculate from the following formula.

And all the parameter can be got from the datasheet. We can see the table from page 2 of the datasheet.

Let's take SOIC, Low-K as an example.

If temperature is less than 25C, then Tj=25+(139*0.719)=124.9C

If temperature is 85C, then Tj=85+(139*0.288)=125.03C

So we can know the Max Junction temperature is 125C.

If we take other package or High-K as an example, the result, 125C would be calculated, too.

So the answer you wanted is ,,,,,125C
