ISO7640, notation of cTUVus logo

Dear Specialists,

My customer wants to know about notation of cTUVus logo.

ISO7640FMDWR was adopted by cTUVus certification and comfirmed by HP.

They have already been used, but it can't be seen cTUVus logo both device and shipping supplies.

The customer said that generally logo is able to be seen either device or shipping supplies.

So could you please advise the following two questions.

(1) Where can he get a logo of cTUVus description?

(2)Could you please tell him the reason of not be described at device or shipping supplies.

(ex. TI has got a certificate of resistration, there is no need to attach. etc.)

Hi Shinichi,

TUV logo is attached.

We don't put the logo on our shipping labels because TUV confirmed with me that it is not mandatory for us to use it on the product or shipping labels. We also have limited space on the label due to several other certification logos that we carry.

I sent your answer to the customer, He wants to know more detail.

Could you please advise me following questions.

(1) All of the TI devices which are listed cTUVus certification, they are qualified cTUVus specification in spite of the with or without the logo.

The customer wants to show the evidence to report to his section.

(2)Could you please show the comment of TUV. You mentioned about TUV contact.

(3) If (2) is not available, could you please show where can I get a description of (1).

(4) I think indication of logo isn't required by cTUVus spec, is it right?
