We are using the TI DS34LV87T as an interface circuit in our system.
We have a failure with driver D2, the other drivers function normally. When powered off, pin 5 (DO2-) is shorted to GND (pin 8). Pin 6 (DO2+) is open to GND with approximately 8 mega ohms of resistance which is the correct reading and should also be the reading for pin 5. Would you know what kind of failure mode DO2- is encountering? We have seen negative voltage spikes on the drive lines when the system powers up.
