Could you please tell me meaning of "High Time" and "Low Time" ?
Above is my understanding about "High Time" and "Low Time", if my understanding is not correct, could you correct me ?

Hi Machida-san,
I think your understanding of "High Time" and "Low Time" needs to be adjusted to conform with the definition of high and low LVCMOS input voltage. Please see the spec below:
VIH is 2.0 V min and VIL = 0.8 V max. Therefore, I would consider "High Time" as the amount of time that the signal is at least 2.0 V per period and "Low Time" as the amount of time that the signal is at most 0.8 V per period. The transition time should be minimal compared to the high and low time.
