    Masazumi san,

    Logic inputs are CMOS gate with ESD cell to ground only.
    Logic output are PMOS and NMOS drive from VCC and ground. parasitic diodes to VCC and ground.
    RS232 RIN is 5k resistance to ground.
    RS232 DOUT is high Z when off and current limited to +/-5.4V when on.
