Hi Cafain,

Which package are you interested in - N or DW? It looks like the data for the DW package can be found on page 8 of the dataasheet, but for the N package we would need to do some thermal modeling and get back to you.

Was not found is documented in the data sheet (SL-S170).

Theta JA (high K) = 75.9 C/W
Theta JC (top) = 36.3 C/W
Theta JB = 33.2 C/W
Psi JT = 7.4 C/W
Psi JB = 33 C/W.
