Hi there,

One of my customer has built same as TIDA-00630 reference board's circuit.

Then, downloaded Customer's dock board by Copying TPS65982 SPI Flash FW Code and TUSB8041 EEPROM Data of TIDA-00630 reference board.

Unfortunately, USB 3.0 Hub didn't work on customer's board. Only USB 2.0 mode works when Connecting USB 3.0 memory device(TYPE-A) and DFP3.

Please help this error for me.

Please provide the schematics if possible. Which USB host system is the customer connecting the board to?

When SuperSpeed Device(USB 3.0 Memory Stick) connecting to Dock Board DFP3, host PC recognize Highspeed Mode.

Do other downstream ports enumerate as Super speed?

Yes, other ports unumerate as super spped also..

It's probably SI issue on port3 or VBUS timing through TPS2546. I can review the layout if it will help.
The quality of the USB3 connector is also important. Is the Type-A receptacle used on port3 a certified USB connector?
