"Below is our block diagram of COM ports, both MAX3243 are from same COM controller (BMC), and Rout are tied together.
The jumper is not installed in default, so FORCEOFF is always high for below MAX3243.
Our issue is, when we plug Rear COM , but not plug front COM. V_low of Rout is about 900mV, so I suspect MAX3243 is not in auto-power down mode.
When we change it to TRS3243, V_low of Rout becomes 100mV. I think IC design are different on two parts." The same board same condition. Just change chip.
