DP83640 AN-2006 clock input

This question is regarding the AN-2006 for the DP83640

 The AN-2006 shows a TI LMK03000 driving the DP83640 ref clock input, but the LMK03000 only has differential outputs (LVDS and LVPECL) but the DP83640 specifies a CMOS drive on the clock in pin.  If one adds a diff receiver, then you lose the 0 delay clock feature the LMK03000 provides.  Can you please clarify this discrepancy?
