I have a customer using the DS91M040 for his application. He is looking for data with respect to this device such as :

1. differential propagation delay versus ambient temperature,

2. transition times versus amb. temperature

3. differential skew versus amb. temp.

Do we have this data available for this customer to use?

Hi Kishen,

Thanks for the reminder. We had several team members on vacation last week and are recovering on E2E. Please allow another day for response. We will need to see whether we have data for this device regarding those parameters when swept over temperature.

For questions 1 and 2 please see page 13 of the DS91M040 datasheet. These graphs are based on characterization data.

The differential skew information at 25C is captured in datasheet Table "Switching Characteristics" on page 7. The skew maximums are also listed. The skew will tend to increase with temperature.
