I make the HUB_board for USB 2.0

I used to TUSB4041IPAPQ1

but the board is not working

We need to schematic review!

    You have to connect a 9.53K ohm resistor on USB_R1
    The TPS2054 is an active high switch, you have to set PWRCTL_POL high.
    All the passive components on the USB downstream ports and upstream port are internal on the device, you don’t need to populate them.
