Hi Katsunaga-san,

We do not have an IBIS model available for the DS25MB100, but we do have an H-SPICE model. In order to disclose this, we will need an NDA set up with the customer. I will start an e-mail thread with you offline to ensure that this is set up before we can release the H-SPICE model to the customer.
